David Selema has worked in Canada's cannabis industry for more than ten years. His experience spans medical cannabis access, regulation, production and helping patients navigate administrative steps.
In 2017, he co-founded Coverleaf in Quebec to make the medical cannabis journey clearer and more human. The clinic has since served more than 7,000 patients through assessments by its own licensed practitioners and bilingual guidance.

David helps guide the company and oversees the editorial and regulatory review of Coverleaf content. He works to ensure that Health Canada procedures, reimbursement programs and the patient journey are explained accurately and without promises of an outcome.
