How workers' compensation covers medical cannabis

Workers' compensation boards — WSIB in Ontario, WCB in Alberta, British Columbia and other provinces, and the CNESST in Quebec — may reimburse medical cannabis when it is deemed necessary for an accepted work-related injury, on medical recommendation and board approval.
